Central Support (Head Office)
 

1.     Area Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You will visit stores on a regular basis to ensure performance results exceed expectations.
  • Developing store teams will be a vital part of your role.
  • Prides yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fully accountable for the performance of your area you should be eager to build on the brands success
  • Responsible for the achievement of retail performance objectives


Requirements:

  • Dynamic and successful, you must have experience in Area Manager type role.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to results, managing people, be able to have communication and presentation skills, be aware of the competitive environment and have good planning skills.

2.    Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounting tasks which includes:     

    - Prepare/assist in monthly account closing and management report

            - Perform accounts reconciliations and all other related accounting functions

            - Carrying ad-hoc assignment/tasks as and when required.  

  • Candidate must possess at least professional ACCA/CIMA or Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience.
  • Possess good command of English
  • Able to work independently and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and integrity is required

3.    HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general HR Functions
  • Well versed in Labour Law & all applicable governmental regulations such as EPF, Income Tax & Sosco.
  • 2-3 years experience in HR
  • Handling full spectrum of Employee Relations and IR issues.


Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Sound knowledge of Disciplinary process including IR matters will be an added advantage

4.   Training Executive

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel, Institutional or F&B Operation, Food Technology/Food Science
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Training and Product Development
  • Possess keen eye for Quality Audit and hygiene
  • Possess analytical skill and cost conscious

5.   Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating, developing and conducting learning programs for employees throughout the company
  • Schedule and conducts various training audits and verifications for management review
  • Conduct and monitor the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Develop, update and monitor the implementation of our Product/Quality Manual

6.   Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of campaigns – Branding, Advertising, PR, Website for restaurant level

  • Assist in developing and executing below the line A&P activities.

  • Writing promotional briefs to internal staff, analyze promotional results, spearhead mystery shoppers, customer care programs, cross promotions and general marketing administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder major in Marketing - Communication or its equivalent.

  • Sharp and articulate.  Self motivated, enthusiastic team player, result orientated and a driver.
  • Strong marketer with a creative flair and ability to think out of the box.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&B, FMCG retail or related industry.

7.   Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • General marketing administrative/documentation
  • Follow-up and follow-through reports from all restaurants

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM
  • 1-2 years working experience, those fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Eager to learn and able to interact with all level of staff

8.   Finance Executive/Assistant

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to assist in drawing up final accounts for the restaurants and handling general accounts administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/LCCI holders with 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • Self motivated and good communication skills

9.   Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sorting, packing and managing all the inventory in the warehouse
  • Ensuring a proper system of receiving and issuing of packed goods
  • Driving company vehicle as required

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess holding class GDL license.
  • Honest, discipline, punctuality and independent.
  • Reliable and hardworking.

10.  Call Centre Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle customer's queries
  • Monitor / delivery schedule and coordinate with restaurant staffs to ensure on-time deliveries.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM education level
  • Good etiquette and interpersonal skills; proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A great sense of responsibility, commitment and the ability to work independent

Requirements for Position 11 & 12:

  • Candidate must possess at least a minimum qualification of SPM or STPM/Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Preparation/Services Management with 2-3 years related field.

  • An individual possesses strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful and result orientated.

  • Preferably managers specializing in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality with great interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

13.  Graduate / Trainee Managers
