Restaurant


Whether it’s on the restaurant floor, perfecting the art of grilling or running the whole Nando’s restaurant, the opportunities are every bit as tasty as our famous PERi-PERi chicken.


Central Support


Forget polished boots and pencil skirts. We’ve never done that typical Head Office thing. In Central Support, it’s passion and hard work we’re interested in. Central Support includes Finance, Operations, Marketing, Customer eXperience, Business Development, HR, Procurement and IT.


Starting out


We would never throw you in at the deep end and expect you to grill 100 chickens in your first hour. (There’s way more to it than that!) Instead you’ll start as a Trainee Nandoca and get used to restaurant life before we hand you a specific role. But don’t expect to stay there forever. Trying different roles and learning new skills is all part of Nando’s life. You’ll receive all the support, development, mentoring and encouragement you need to succeed.

Restaurant Manager /
Assistant Restaurant Manager


As our Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience to our customers. You will also develop your team to achieve restaurant results and strive for success, whilst maintaining a strong focus on profitability and consistently high standards of food preparation and service.

Restaurant Crew

Restaurant Crew (Front of House)

As our Front of House Crew Members, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, as well as ability to rotate to Back of House duties.

Restaurant Crew (Back of House)

As our Back of House Crew Members, you will learn excellent operational knowledge of all products and the preparation of food. You are also need to maintain the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Rider

As our Rider, you will need to have customer service skills, product knowledge and the ability to deliver food to the homes / offices of our customers in accordance with company standards.

Internship


As our intern, you will be exposed to various roles through meaningful and challenging work assignments and training programmes to deliver a unique Nando’s experience to our customers.

Central Support

Area Business Managers

Area Business Manager who is personally responsible for between 6 – 9 restaurants, ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of the restaurants in their area while at the same time being a huge support for each Restaurant Manager.

Assistants – Customer Experience

To achieve sales budget by processing order request by customers using our delivery order, takeaway and catering services.
