As much as we’re excited to reunite you with our restaurants again, you can still enjoy Nando’s at the comfort of your home via takeaway (walk-in or online ordering through Nando’s Malaysia app) or delivery via our members’ exclusive delivery or delivery partners, GrabFood and FoodPanda. We also advise you to adhere to our safety guidelines when ordering and picking up food at our restaurants. Rest assured, we’re taking great efforts to prepare all our restaurants with extra safety measures and stringent guidelines to ensure that we’re fully ready to serve you, and with that, we’ll be opening all our restaurants gradually for you to dine-in safely again.

Why do you need to record down my details?
We adhere strictly to the conditional MCO guideline. The details are only recorded for contact tracing purposes.
How do you ensure the privacy of my personal details given?
The purpose of collecting your personal information is for contact tracing only and will not be used for any other purpose. The records will be saved for 3 months and destroyed thereafter.
I come in a group of 3 person. Can I give only 1 person contact details?
Sorry, but we must record down details of every customer separately.
Do you need to record down my details if I’m only here to do takeaway?
No, it is not required as long as you do not enter the restaurant.
How do you apply social distancing in your restaurant?
We have restricted our seating capacity to ensure there is more space between diners. We also encourage you to practice contactless dining. Use our digital menu and pay by card or e-wallet.
I don’t have a face mask. Can I dine-in?
Yes, you still can although we encourage you to wear face mask in public places.
There are 6 of us. Can we get a table together?
Sorry, we adhere strictly to the conditional MCO guideline and can only sit a maximum of 4 person per table. So we will prepare 2 tables for you.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
What are the additional measures taken by you to ensure that the food is safe for customers?
During this period, we are taking additional measures to ensure we prepare a safe environment for everyone to transact and take home carefully prepared Nando’s meal.
- All food contact surfaces and high contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitised every hour.
- All our restaurant crew will wash their hands at every hour or after touching high contact surfaces. They will observe the 20 seconds hand-washing recommendation.
- Body temperature will be taken for all our restaurant crews, food suppliers and vendors before entering our restaurant.
- Delivery riders and takeaway customers are restricted from entering our restaurant. Ordering and food pick-up will be made at the entrance only.
- Restaurant crew, customers and delivery riders must practice social distancing of 1 metre from each other during all transactions at the store front.
- Hand sanitiser is provided for all customers and delivery riders at the store front. Please use the hand sanitiser before and after completing your transaction.
- We encourage credit card or e-wallet payment to reduce contact.
How do you ensure all bottle sauces are clean?
We wipe bottle sauce with sanitiser after every use or before transferring it to other tables.
Are all of the restaurant crew wearing masks?
Yes, it is compulsory.
What about gloves?
Yes, it is compulsory.
How do you ensure that the tables and seats are clean?
We disinfect tables after every visit with surface sanitiser.
How do you ensure the restaurant crews are fit and healthy to work?
Body temperature will be taken for all our restaurant crews, food suppliers and vendors before entering our restaurant.
What payment method do you accept?
We encourage debit/credit card or e-wallet payment to reduce contact.
I only have cash. Can I still pay by cash?
We will still accept cash payment with added measures.
Can I make reservation for dinner?
I’m sorry, we only serve on a first come first served basis.
Can I still order Takeaway and how can I order Takeaway?
You can still order takeaway and are encouraged to place your takeaway orders via our mobile app to reduce contact and pick-up from the selected restaurant in 30 minutes. Just download our “Nando’s Malaysia” mobile app from Apple Store/Play Store to get started.
Otherwise, you may still walk-in to our restaurant to place your takeaway order. At our restaurant, please adhere to the social distancing practice that we have put in place for both our restaurant crew and you to ensure we keep a safe distance from each other during the transaction.
