Spend and Win Contest Terms & Condition
- The “Nando’s Spend and Win Contest” (“Contest”) is organized by DKSH Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Organizer) and is subject to these terms and conditions. The Contest runs from 1 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 (“Contest Period”).
- Consumer(s) are required to fulfill a minimum purchase of RM25 in a single receipt at any Jaya Grocer, including a minimum of 1 Nando’s Grocery Product, to entitle for one entry in this contest.
- The contest is open to Malaysian aged from 18 years old and above. Employee and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest.
- To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant will need follow the following steps;
Step 1 : Fulfill a minimum purchase of RM25 in a single receipt at any Jaya Grocer, including a minimum of 1 Nando’s Grocery Product

- The prizes for this contest are:
- Grand Prize : Grab Pay RM1500 x 1 winner
- Special Prize : Grab Pay RM25 x 10 winners
- The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding. The Organizer shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning this Contest.
- The Organizer reserves the rights at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Contest either in whole or in part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions herein at any time with prior notice.
- The lucky winner will be notified by WhatsApp (+60 11-5893 0133). If a winner does not respond to Nando’s Malaysia within 3 days of being notified by Nando’s Malaysia, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Nando’s Malaysia shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Nando’s Malaysia shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The entrant’s information will not be used for any other purposes other than contacting for prize winning notification and claim of prize.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the Contest published in any mass media, marketing, or advertising materials.
- This Contest is not applicable in conjunction with any of the Organizer’s on-going promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Consumer shall be deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
