After a quick, crowd-pleasing recipe for a cracking super tasty starter? Look no further.
FOR THE CHICKEN:
40g PERinaise (choose your flavour)
400g chicken strips
10 Cream crackers
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Crush up the crackers, you decide by how much.
Squeeze the PERinaise over the chicken and mix to cover it.
Coat the chicken in the crushed crackers and spread them out on an oiled baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes turning once, checking that the chicken is no longer pink in the centre at the end of the cooking time.
Remove from oven and serve with some extra PERinaise for dipping and fresh chillies and spring onion!
