Prawns with PERi-PERi? That sounds like dynamite! This quick dish is great for sharing and ready to eat in no time at all.
1/4 Cup of Nando's PERi-PERi Sauce (Your Choice of Heat Level)
1/2 Tsp of Sea Salt
2/3 Cup of Corn Flour
225g of Fresh Prawns (Peeled)
Oil for Shallow Frying
PERinaise (Your Choice of Flavour)
Spring Onions (Sliced)
Add egg to a small bowl and mix with Nando's PERi-PERi Sauce.
In another bowl, mix salt and flour together, then spread mixture on a plate.
Dip a prawn into egg mixture, remove and coat in flour mixture. Repeat until all prawns are coated.
Preheat oil in a shallow pan, over a medium-heat. Shallow-fry coated prawns for 1 minute each side, before removing and draining excess oil on a paper towel.
Add prawns to a serving bowl, coat with PERinaise and mix together. Add some extra PERinaise into a dipping dish.
Garnish with spring onions and serve.
