A barbecue favourite with a PERi-PERi flavour boost.
500g Beef Mince (or your choice of mince)
2 Tsp Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp PERi-PERi Sauce (your choice of heat level)
Salad of choice
Add mince, chilli, cumin and PERi-PERi Sauce to a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Using your hands, roll up mince into 4 balls and pat them down to slightly flatten them.
Place burgers into a pre-heated griddle or pan, turning occasionally until cooked through. Baste burgers with extra PERi-PERi Sauce.
Add salad of choice to burger bun base, place burger on top and enjoy!
